Help and Advice
The Telindus Direct website is designed to allow new or existing customers to request a quotation quickly, accurately and efficiently. This site does not provide indicative pricing as we believe in giving you the most competitive and personalised quote possible based on your particular requirements.

In order to send us your requirements, please either use the Telindus Direct Quote Builder on the Request a Quote page or upload a file using the functionality in the Upload Requirements tab below.

Using the Telindus Direct Quote Builder you are able to browse and search our product and services catalogue and add items to your requirements list. You can choose to show the product catalogue, where individual items can be found, or you can choose to view our great value bundles. Once you have built your requirements list, you can then send it to Telindus Direct. If you need to save your list at any time, so that you may return to it later, this can also be done from within the Requirement Builder.

If you're unable to find a fit for your requirements on this site, the Telindus Direct team would be delighted to help you. Please contact them by phone, email or online help.

The tabs at the bottom of each page allow you to view your interactions with Telindus Direct at a glance. When you submit requirements to us you will able to create an account meaning your submissions will be instantly available for reference on subsequent visits.
However if you don't want to create an account you don't have to! All we ask is you provide us with brief details about yourself and your company when you send us your requirements.

Use the file upload to send us your requirements in any format you wish. Please provide as much information as possible in your file so that we can service your requirements as accurately as possible.
